Here you will find the logics and objectives behind each phases. Since each phases are only small scale experiments, most of them have not reach their fullness potientals. Hopefully you will be able to take these ideas into your own arena and expand on them to your limit.
Phase 01 - version 1.1
Purpose:
Phase 01 was initially the whole site itself, a simple strategy that soon
gave birth to the thinkpod itself. The idea here is to push the message across
to the viewer instead of letting them come across them, increasing the rate
and possibility of them receving and hearing about the gospel. Also it gives
the tools and power of evangelizing online to Christian surfers.
Components:
The primary unit
in this phase is the Postcard - Send a pod section. By using a usually "optional"
site tool, e-cards, we put main content into them and have Christian surfers
use it and send them to their targets. The key here is that the content on
the card must be strong and applicable, they either holds all the steps in
what we believe, or they poses Questions that leads them to a page that holds
the steps in what we believe. These are mostlikly not 2 frame gifs, but could
be a "movie" by itselve. A nice mix of "cards" would serve nicely to Christian
surfer as not everyone needs to hear the whole gospel to be interested and
not everyone needs to be stimulated by questions in order to believe.
The secondary unit is the Log entry section, which allows Christian user to post their testimony on it. I restructured the unit from a guestbook like component to a more controlled and personal structure. This would be definitly the preferr way which can add a bit more personal character to the testimony and lessen the file sizes.
There is probably a need for a section that holds more detail information on how to believe or what we believe just as a supportive role if a surfer wants to know more or revisit the content elements of the card. (ie: the 4 spiritual laws)
Strategy:
By using the postcard component, it serve as both viral marketing for the
site and a content carrier. Under *optimal scenerio, a Christian surfer sends
out a bunch of pods to his prospects, his prospect then receive the card and
either becomes interested or is stimulated by the content. He then proceed
to the testimony section and finds more supporting contents and real life
experiences. If the prospect accepted the Gospel he will then add His testimony
to the site and becomes another user to the tools. The cycle begins again.
Do factor in Prayer, worthwhile contents, and the work of the Lord.
